We care about transparency. This page explains what happens with the details you send through the contact form and how we keep them secure.

2. Data we receive

When you submit the form we receive your name, e-mail address and the content of the message. We do not collect additional information and we do not profile visitors.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use the data solely to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest in handling correspondence). Sharing the data is voluntary but required to receive a reply.

4. Recipients

The form is powered by Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA). They forward your message to our e-mail inbox. Formspree acts as a processor and declares GDPR compliance: https://formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

5. Storage period

Messages are kept for up to 12 months after the conversation ends or until you object. E-mails in our inbox are cleaned up on a regular basis.

6. Your rights

right to access and obtain a copy of your data;
right to rectify or erase the data;
right to restrict processing;
right to object;
right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

7. Cookies

The website does not use cookies or tracking scripts. We rely on Cloudflare Web Analytics, which provides aggregated statistics without setting cookies.
